BEND & BATHE ~ Mat Pilates & Sound
with very special guest, Ashleigh Jade Dickinson
The ultimate Autumn nervous system reset ~ energise & unwind.
As we welcome in a new season, this holds a new chance to connect, create space and expand. Join us for a beautiful Sunday arvo as we bend and feel strong then bathe in soothing sounds.
We’ll begin with an energising Mat Pilates flow lead by Club Bend Co-founders Taylah Willaton & Alex Baldock.
We’ll then flow into a beautiful grounding sound immersion to elevate your senses & unwind completely lead by the wonderful Ashleigh Jade Dickinson. Guided breathwork and intention setting will ground your energy, followed by soothing sound vibrations and frequencies that will guide you into a meditative state — calming the nervous system and creating space for stillness & renewal.

Meet Ash Dickinson, our Sound Facilitator & good friend.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Ashleigh comes from an upbringing where life was strongly encouraged by movement through sports and dancing. Early on, this invoked a strong link between movement and wellbeing.
Yoga originally presented itself as an offering for stress relief by a work colleague, and then became the missing link that movement was providing Ashleigh as a child through dancing.
Seeking for more, Ashleigh completed her Yoga Teacher Training along the guidance of Chris Wilson, Cassie Lee & Manoj Dias at Power Living, Melbourne.
Between the movement, the mindfulness & all the other components that Yoga has to offer, it has become a strong philosophy for living.
Since becoming a mother to her son Remi, she believes that he has become her biggest mindfulness teacher.
Ashleigh co-leads 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Melbourne, hosts annual yoga retreats in Bali.
